You’re holding it together. It just doesn’t feel that way on the inside.
You might be the person everyone counts on. You get things done, anticipate what everyone needs and rarely let the ball drop.
Meanwhile, your mind is replaying conversations, planning for problems that haven't happened yet, questioning whether you're doing enough and making it surprisingly difficult to just be where you are.
Studio Wolff offers therapy for women who are ready to spend less time managing anxiety and more time actually experiencing their lives.
Sometimes it looks like being incredibly productive.
Or researching every possible option before making a decision. Rewriting the email five times. Feeling responsible for everyone else's feelings. Staying three steps ahead because slowing down feels uncomfortable.
You might notice:
You can be highly capable and still be exhausted by anxiety

Women's anxiety rarely exists in isolation.
Career pressure. Relationships. Motherhood. Fertility. Pregnancy. Postpartum changes. Caring for aging parents. Hormonal shifts. Sleep. The invisible mental list that somehow never reaches zero.
My background includes supporting thousands of women across a variety of mental health settings. Together, we address anxiety while also understanding the context in which it occurs. The goal is not to “fix” you, you are human, not broken. Our work focuses on increasing your flexibility, strengthening your coping skills, and helping anxiety take up less space in your life.

We'll identify what's triggering your anxiety, what happens when it shows up and the strategies you've developed to manage it.

Using evidence-based approaches to address worry, avoidance, perfectionism, & people-pleasing patterns that may provide temporary relief but keep anxiety hanging around.

Insight matters, but so does what happens outside my office. We'll work toward changes you can actually use in your relationships, work, parenting and everyday life.
Sometimes anxiety waits until everything gets quiet.
You make it through the workday, dinner, responsibilities and everyone else's needs. Then your head hits the pillow and suddenly your brain wants to review the entire day, tomorrow's schedule and that slightly strange thing someone said Tuesday.
Anxiety and insomnia can feed each other. If sleep has become a significant part of the problem, we can determine whether specialized insomnia treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) may be appropriate.
You may have managed anxiety pretty successfully for years until something shifted.
Anxiety can shift through different seasons of women's lives.
A baby. A promotion. Fertility treatment. A relationship change. Parenting teenagers. Aging parents. Perimenopause. A career that suddenly doesn't feel the way you expected it to.
Major transitions have a way of exposing coping strategies that worked beautifully until they didn't.
Therapy can give you space to understand what's changing without assuming you need to become a completely different person to feel better.

No. You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis. We can start with what you're experiencing and determine together what would be helpful and develop goals to get you to living a life you're proud of.
Anxiety and sleep difficulties commonly overlap. If insomnia has become a persistent concern, we can also assess whether CBT-I may be appropriate.
