For the women who are handling everything, but would really like their brains to clock out once in a while.
Studio Wolff is a boutique therapy practice for women navigating anxiety, insomnia, motherhood and the many transitions that can make an otherwise good life feel surprisingly hard.
I offer warm, practical and evidence-based therapy with particular expertise in insomnia and CBT-I, anxiety, and perinatal mental health.
You don't need another appointment where you feel like a collection of symptoms.
At Studio Wolff, therapy is conversational, collaborative and focused on helping you make changes that matter in your actual life.
Maybe you're successful at work but lying awake thinking about everything you didn't finish. Maybe you've become a mother and barely recognize the person you were before. Or maybe you've spent years being the dependable one and are starting to realize how exhausting that role can be.
You don't need to be falling apart to benefit from therapy.
Sometimes you're simply ready for things to feel different.

Then bedtime arrives and suddenly your brain has several urgent matters it would like to discuss.

If you're struggling to fall asleep, waking throughout the night, waking too early or becoming increasingly anxious about sleep itself, it might be time for lasting change.

CBT-I is a structured, evidence-based treatment that helps us identify and change the patterns that may be keeping insomnia going.
Anxiety doesn't always look like panic.
Sometimes it looks like being incredibly organized or high-achieving.
It can look like replaying conversations, researching every decision, worrying about your children, feeling responsible for everyone else's happiness or having difficulty enjoying something because part of your brain is already preparing for what could go wrong next.
I work with women experiencing overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, overwhelm and persistent worry.
Together, we'll work on understanding the patterns keeping anxiety going and developing different ways to respond to them.
The goal isn't to stop caring.
It's to make anxiety a smaller character in your life instead of letting it lead the way.
Pregnancy and postpartum can bring enormous emotional changes alongside the physical ones.
You might be experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, sadness, irritability, difficulty sleeping or simply the unsettling feeling that you don't quite recognize yourself anymore.
As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) therapist, I have specialized training and experience supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum and the transition into motherhood.
There's room here for the feelings you're grateful for and the ones you're afraid you're not supposed to have.
If you've found yourself thinking, “I don't feel like myself anymore,” you're not alone.
Perimenopause can bring unexpected changes in anxiety, sleep, mood, focus and irritability, often while you're already juggling a career, relationships, parenting, aging parents and other major transitions.
You may have been told it's “just stress” or that everything looks normal, but you know when something feels different.
Therapy can help you understand what's changing, when and how to advocate to your doctors, develop practical ways to cope, and feel more like yourself again during a season that can feel unfamiliar.
Studio Wolff is intentionally small.
When you contact the practice, you're contacting me. When you schedule therapy, I'm your therapist. Your treatment isn't being passed through a large group practice or squeezed into a one-size-fits-all practice. I am a proud one-woman business; supporting women much like myself.
My work combines specialized training with a therapy style that's warm, active and practical.
You can expect me to listen carefully, be curious, notice patterns, offer ideas and occasionally make you laugh.
Evidence matters. So does feeling comfortable with the person sitting across from you.

First step, you’ve already done that. Now let’s set up a quick 15 phone consultation.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an evidence-based treatment specifically designed for insomnia. Treatment focuses on identifying and changing the behaviors, thoughts and patterns that can perpetuate chronic sleep difficulties.
Studio Wolff is a private-pay practice. Individual sessions are $225. If your insurance includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement for part of the cost.
That's exactly what the consultation is for.
We'll spend about 15 minutes talking about what you're experiencing, what you're looking for from therapy and whether my approach makes sense for your needs. If it feels like a good match, we'll talk about next steps.
Yes I do. I reserve spots for sliding scales. I no longer am in-network with insurances and it's important to me that cost isn't a barrier for treatment. Please feel free to reach out to me to check on any openings.
Whether anxiety is taking up too much space, sleep has become a nightly battle or you're trying to find yourself again during a major life transition, we can start by talking about what's going on.
